Walkley Community Centre has very competitive rates with a small discount offered to charities with regular bookings (please ask for details).

Please note these prices are effective from January 2019
Payment: Hire charges must be paid in full at least 14 days before the hire date. Details of how to pay are on your Booking Confirmation.
£150-250 deposit cheque is required for all large events: This will be returned or destroyed after the management meeting following your event.
Decorating the Hall: You are welcome to tie up fairy lights, bunting and balloons but please no sticking, sellotaping or pinning to the walls or woodwork, as it ruins our paintwork.
Please bring bin liners: you need to take all rubbish away with you (unless we are providing a bar, in which case we will remove all bar-related items)
We don't allow tea lights/candles but we do have a number of battery-operated ones you are welcome to borrow. Please do ask at time of booking.
At the end of your hire make sure everything is tidy, clean and back where you found it ready for the next hirer. Please do not leave cars or equipment overnight without asking us before your hire.
It is a condition of hire that you agree to abide by all of the policies below. Please read them so you know what you are signing up to when you book!
