Grace: a moving meditation

An introduction to the routine 'Grace', created by Fiona Winter of Energy Moves. (see

Spend time playing with some of the signature moves in the first half, then move mindfully, to the whole routine, in the second half of this playful workshop.

The focus of this easy to follow movement practice is to sense the vibrations of the mantras through the easy-to-follow sequences. The intent is to move with grace and let grace move through you. The routine uses the music of Siri Sadhana Kaur, whose inspirational, rich and passionate voice creates music medicine that speaks directly to the soul and awakens the cells of the body.
Grace is essentially a state of ‘oneness’, ‘being’ not ‘doing’. When you are in grace you are in complete communion with everything; there is no space or time, only being fully and completely the divine being you are. Grace creates a powerful, direct connection with the creative force of the Universe. Grace reveals itself as a pleasurable state of our highest being as humans, where the attributes of kindness, beauty and optimism abound and we are in perfect alignment with the creative force within.

Allow yourself to be captured by the gracefulness of the sounds of this routine. Allow 'Grace' to flow through your body creating smooth effortless movements. Allow 'Grace' in to your body and soul. - music – to see a short clip of the originator, Fiona Winter, teaching a freedance track from the routine.
